The man I'm about to invite out here to bring the message. Lean on the edge of your seats, we're we're listening to the word of god through somebody because God uses people to speak to people. Amen. So the fear of the Lord, let's listen in for what he has for us. This man I deeply respect because if his love for Christ's in Christ's church. And he demonstrates it with his life. So please lean in, let's stand and honor what God has done in him and through him and just give a big old hand clap. Alex David. Please come out. Okay. So Thank you, guys. Appreciate it. You guys are amazing You honor our well. You guys gonna have a seat. Thank you so much. Who? Alright. Look at that. Let's go. Hey. I just wanna kinda double tap that connect with God assessment. That was something that it was funny. I think it was it was Leah and my... Our first Sunday here, we actually went to the established dinner. It was done a little different and got that connect with assess... Or, connect with god assessment. I did that. And y'all, it's it's spot on. It's very helpful. And so mine were ado, conversation and meditation, and those are ways through worship through his word, and through honestly silence. I connect with God. And so I encourage you all. That is something to do. It's very helpful. So this morning, I get to continue on with our Sermon series rooted in purpose, Come on. I believe it's been a really good series. Right? Just digging into what it looks like, What it means to be a world changing leader. And so we're gonna continue on with that. If you remember from last week, I'm not gonna do the acr like pastor David. I'm not gonna get out the ladder and you remember a few weeks back when he was... Yeah. It was crazy. It's crazy, man. But anyways, he was using the ladder last week talking about the stages of what it is going through the developmental stages. Of being a world changing leader. And so last week, Easter Sunday, we talked about the first rung that first step, which is believer. And believer is where you surrender your life to the lord. You make him lord of your life and you're a born again, believer. And that is that first step to becoming a world changing leader. And I don't know about you guys, but sometimes when I think of the word, like, the the title. World changing leader that can kinda seem like this really big thing, like, really? Like, I'm a world changing leader. I can do that. But the reality is this, you are all called to be a world changing leader because you will all have a measure of influence in your life. God has placed you in places, your family, your workplace, your friends, the gym, wherever he puts you and you have been given influence and you are to change that world for the kingdom of God. Amen? So you are all world changing leader. Say that. I'm a world changing leader. Changing. Nice. Alright. So that was step one. You gotta be a believer first. Step two. It's where we're gonna dig in today and that's member. And yeah, it's it's gonna be a lot of fun for me to talk about. You know, as I was thinking of, well, hold on. So it's believer, member, minister, leader, producer. Believer, producer. Good job, guys. Just because, you know, we're gonna be going over these the next few weeks. So you got it. So I get to dig into member. And honestly, as I was thinking about, you know, these these stages. I was like, man, this is the one I'm most excited to talk about. And that might seem a little weird to some of you, like, why not minister? Like, this is the dude who likes to get loud and dance and scream and all that kind of stuff. But man I love the church. I really love the church. I have learned what it means to be a part of the church and what the church is really meant to be and how it's meant to function. And once I learned that, like, my life was given over to the church. It's important for me just to be a member of the church. This isn't a brag. Okay, This is not a brag. I love the church so much. I'm you, like Fridays and Sundays. I'm usually, like, I'm I'm, like, waiting at the doors ready to get in. Pastor David can he can he can validate that. I'm, like, ready to go because I know every time we come together, we corporate gather. We're going to encounter him in an incredible way. And to me, there's no greater honor than coming together with the body of believers in lifting up the name of Jesus. And it's... I'm just... I get excited for it. I'm like, come on. Like, yeah. Anyways. Alright. I could go on for hours on that. As difficult as the church can be sometimes. I just... I love it. I love the local church. So what is the purpose of the church, you know, the of the church. If you've been around real church for the last few weeks months, even, you've probably seen this verse? I don't know if we're gonna be able to have an on screen but Ephesians three ten. Hey. Let's go. Alright. Praise the lord. Ephesians three ten, it says, so that through the church, the man wisdom or the multifaceted wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. And so we've talked about this that through the church, The multifaceted, the man wisdom of God is being made known to the heavenly. Think about that for a second. We're talking about angels, principal rulers, they're looking to the church, the "body of Christ". And they're seeing the wisdom of God through his chosen people. That's pretty incredible. That's mind blowing actually. These angelic beings for whom existed for thousands of years looking to us and seeing God's wisdom revealed through his his church. And so one of the purposes of the church is to reveal his wisdom to the world and to the heavenly. Another purpose of the church is that we are his "dwelling place". We are his temples. We are his temples. Grammar. So we know when we're born again, we received the "holy spirit", we become a living temple, a living breathing, walking temple of the spirit of God. And everywhere we go, we are where heaven meets earth. Doesn't matter where you're going, you're carrying the holy spirit with you. And everywhere you go, you're bringing light into darkness. You're a temple of the living God. But, there's something special. Like we know that he's with us always. We know that he's omni present, but there's something special about corporate gatherings. We see in Matthew 18 verse 30. Many of you will know this verse. For two or three are gathered in my name, there I am among them. So when the church gathers, there is a greater manifestation of his presence. I had a professor who would basically put it like this. He's, like, if you want to get more of the holy spirit, how do you do that? Just get around other believers. It's just basic math. Right? When we're in a room full of of born again believers, we have more holy spirit in this room because we are living temples of the holy spirit. And that's why I love things like the boiler room or I love our corporate Sunday gatherings because here we are, and we are... There's more holy spirit in the room and it's his promise. Where two or three are gathered there. I am among them. And so we we we come with anticipation and expectancy saying God, we're here to encounter you. That's why we're here. We're here to encounter the living God. Ephesians two talks about the dwelling place. As well. And so Ephesians two verse 18, I love seeing all the paper bibles, by the way. I got a little chuckle. For through him, ephesians two verse 18. For through him him being Christ. We both have access in one spirit to the father. So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God. Built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone. Here's where I wanna press in. In whom the whole structure being joined together grows into a holy temple in the lord. In him, you are also being built together into a dwelling place for god by the spirit. So we are temples of the Living God individually. But this is saying that we are being built together corporate as a dwelling place for his spirit. I've been reflecting on this for honestly a few weeks and there's just to me, real church. Real church is a dwelling place for his presence. There is something special at real church that when we come together and gather and lift up his name that he's like, this is my dwelling place. Real church is my dwelling place. And there's something he has for us specifically real church as his dwelling place. And we're we're experiencing that, but he has more for it. Why? Because he has more pieces coming together. Yeah. So we are being built together real church as his dwelling place. And I think that to me is one of the most exciting things because there are many churches. There are many other dwelling places, but we get to be one that he's specifically knit together. And it's amazing. So I love I love the church. And so today, like I said, talking about being a member. I'm I'm gonna talk partly about the purpose of being a member. I want to share with you guys a bit of my journey along the way that will, you know, when I was growing up, I just didn't understand what it really meant to be a member of a church. And as a result, it hindered my life in many ways. And so I wanna press into that for me growing up, you know, I grew up in a beautiful God, loving Jesus loving church, you know, my parents were both on staff at a church. I knew what it was like to go to small groups and prayer worship nights and all of those things, and it was good, and I saw the impact, it had on their lives. But, you know, for me, outside of some kind of encounters that I would have at, you know, church camp during the summers and stuff like that. I just... I had a lot of false beliefs around the purpose of the church. To me, it just felt like a gathering of people, is something you just come to do every week. There's a bunch of rules. You're supposed to do's and don'ts. And honestly, like, I knew the fruit of my life, and I saw the fruit of other people's lives and so on, like I thought there was just a lot of hypocrisy? Something I dealt with, Something I saw. And I'm just like, guys, it's like, what is the purpose of the church? And so after I graduated, high school, I moved out my parents house, and I really just dove head first into the party scene, music scene, all that stuff. And you know, it's it's interesting. Maybe maybe some of you know this. If you don't, praise the lord. If you do, I'm glad you're here this morning. But at those parties, usually around three or four Am, they would wind down a little bit, most people would leave, but, man, that's where the conversations started getting deep. You know what I mean? Some of you, I think no. And all of a sudden, here you are. You've been partying all night. But now you're just sitting here talking about the deep things in life and often religion. And spirituality would be brought up. And I would often say in these moments of kind of sobering up. Like, yeah, I believe in God. I'm just... I'm a Christian. I'm just not a very good Christian. Like, I know I should go to... I don't go to church or nothing. You know, like, I would say that to people all the time. As if that is what qualified me as a Christian. But again, there was something in me even in those moments that was like, I know I'm supposed to go to church. I know there's a reason why we do this. And so that was the journey that I was on. And again, I had a lot of false beliefs behind it. Fast forward several years, I threw throughout this time would have these like, powerful encounters with the holy spirit. Like, he was pursuing me, man. He was coming after me and I was doing everything I could to basically, like, no. I wanna keep living this way. Like, I'm not ready. Like, my whole attitude was I believe you're real. But I wanna keep doing what I'm doing and when I'm ready, then I'll say yes to you. Praise the Lord that I did not die in that time. Praise the Lord that he kept me going because guys, I was on my way to hell. And I knew he was real, but I was actively denying him. I said, I don't want anything to do with you. There were times I would go to church and You know, it was, like, for my mom. Hi mom, on... She'll be watching after the fact. Okay? I know we're not live streaming. Anyways, I would go to church where for my mom, like, a Mother's day, and I would be sitting there in like worship, and I would feel the weight of the holy spirit. I would feel such conviction in my life exposing the fact that I knew what I was doing was wrong. And I would be sitting there and literally, I at times I would be shaking, and I would have to sit down. Leo, my wife would be with me sometimes and she's just kinda like, I don't know what to do Like, just putting her hand on me. Just like, you know, But I'm just feeling this, and I look back at it now and I recognize exactly what it is. There was demonic oppression in my life, and it did not know how to respond to the presence of God, again, a collective manifest presence of God and sin could not stand in that place. And I would be feeling that. Guys, if that's something that you've experienced or have experienced even today. If there is something in you that just says, like, I need to get out of this place, Can I tell you it's likely the holy spirit saying you need to repent? Turn to me. Come to me. I love you. It's my kindness that is bringing you in. There is the flesh or the demonic that is trying to push you away from his... A relationship, a real relationship with him. And honestly, guys, I would do that. I would shake, and I would know But I would then leave that place. I do nothing about it. I'd hurry sc out of there, and I would pretend it never happened. I would think about it for a couple days and then I just go back to what I was doing and just get medicated again. Medicated again until I forgot the experience. And so if God's moving on you, don't do what I did. Press in. So from, this all culminated, In 2012, I had this encounter with the Lord. No. And thanks, brother. Let's give Gabe Round of applause there. Twenty twelve, I had this encounter with the Lord. It delivered me from alcoholism as in a night, and I was set free. And, yeah. Praise the Lord. And then, so I... From that point forward, it was kind of funny. And I, you know, I be sitting there in my car, just chain smoking cigarettes, reading my bible. Just like, couldn't get enough of it. I'm just like, come on. Dude It's like, King gaines version, and I'm just kinda like, okay. I kinda get some of this. Just whatever. And over the next couple of years, you know, God began to, as I put it clean me up. And so he broke off addictions in my life. And so it was, you know, nicotine. There was gambling and pornography, and he began to just take these things out of my life. Getting cleaned up. And so, you know, naturally, my wife and I thought, well, hey, let's do the Christian thing. Let's go to church. You know? This is this is what you're supposed to do, I think. Right? And so we would. We found a local church, and we would go... You know, we try to get there right at the start of church, maybe sometimes walking in a couple minutes late because we didn't wanna talk to people. We wanted to sneak in in the back and just chill. And then as soon as the service was done, we're just, like, bruce like, you know, like, just head down, trying to walk out the church. No shame, guys. If that's where you're at, I'm glad you're here. That's where we were at, And I'm gonna hopefully change your mind. And so, you know, a good month, we would maybe make it in three weeks a a month, yeah, on average probably twice. And really, again, it was just about checking the list for us. It's like God was cleaning us up, but it was just like, okay, We're just going to church because that's what you're supposed to do. And again, I all comes back to the understanding, I didn't understand the purpose of church. What it really is about. So we talked about Ephesians three. It's revealing the wisdom of God to the Heavenly Ephesians two. It is us being built into a dwelling place together. We see over and over, their church is referred to as the body of Christ. In the Bible. So the christ is the head, the church's his body. We are his representation, his hands and feet here on earth. And so we are accomplishing his purposes, wherever he's placed us. Everywhere we go, we are c labor with him. That has been the design from the beginning. When he created Adam and eve, he said be fruitful and multiply. Have dominion, go c labor and spread my image across the earth. And so that's what we are as his body, we are spreading his kingdom, we're knowing him together and making him known to the rest of the world. The church is God's, like, it's it's his plan a. There is no plan b. Okay? And we're to c labor with him. So they're... So we're his body. And in a body, there are many parts. Right it's that's... We all know that Right. But Paul says it this way in Romans 12. For as in one body, we have many members, body parts. And the members do not all have the same function. And so I think a lot of us understand that to some degree, but quick illustration. Right? So you have your hand. So someone might be the hand in the body, and someone might be the elbow in the body. I need to eat. Now I can theoretically somehow get this to my mouth, but it's a lot easier when I've got an elbow, functioning differently, helping feed me. Unless you're like me who just kind of like inhale his food, just cool. Just like Kirby. I choke on rice a lot. That's true. But but again, there are different parts and they have different functions in having multiple parts with different functions is required in order for us to survive in order for us to function properly. You know, we had our our our band this morning, anointed musicians who are coming together in unity creating song and help usher in the presence of God, and we're just joining in with him. And, you know, so we've got our our drummer or Jeff where you at dude? Yeah. This is annoyed to play the drums. So much so that even when the drum cage falls on him, like it did a few weeks ago, he doesn't miss a beat. He's just holding up playing, you know, whatever. So this is annoyed to deploy the drums. When when he plays, you feel it, like you feel about like, there's something in the worship. And the whole band are these people, different different parts. We got guitar, all these things that function differently but come together to create this song for us to experience God in a in a greater way. Right? Does that make sense? Now if it was just Jeff up here playing drums for thirty five minutes, like, yes. Okay. That's still amazing. And some of you might be look, let's go. But most of us are probably like, dude, I wanna hear someone shred on the door. That's me. But again, it's the body of these people coming together. Which by the way, Where to go, Nick? You shred. Yeah. What a shred this morning. Coming together, creating a beautiful, a, fuller sound, and it's it's all of these gifting nineties coming together. And so that's the body, guys. We are a collection of people, body parts with different functions coming together using the gifts and nineties that God has given us for the purpose of knowing him and making him known, of spreading his kingdom all over this earth. Paul continues to write about this, again, talking about the body in first Corinthians 12. Starting in verse 12. I'll let some of you get there. Love that. Guys wanna do like a sword drill, you know, you hold the bible up and just kidding. Church camp anybody? Sweet. Alright. Starting at verse 12, for just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many are one body, so it is with Christ. For in one spirit, we're are we were all baptized into one body, Jews and Greeks, slaves or free, and all were made to drink of one spirit. For the body does not consist of one member, but of many. Again, highlighting many members, one body. If the foot should say because I am a, because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body that... Excuse me. That would not make it any less a part of the body. And if the ear should say because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body, that would not make it any less a part of the body? If the whole body were an eye, where would be the sense of hearing? If the whole body were in ear, where would be the sense of smell. But as it is, gotta arrange the members in the body, each one of them as he chose. Pause. Some of you need to hear that this morning. But as it is, God arranged the members in the body each one of them as he chose. You're not an afterthought. You're not a mistake. You're not insignificant. Yeah You are chosen by god as part of his body, you have purpose as part of his body to interact and to cooperate with the other parts of the body for a very vital function You have been chosen by him given god given purpose to be a part of his body. And some of you wrestle, with believing that you have value to give. Some of you wrestle with believing that you have a function to play. Well, I don't know how to play drums like Jeff, or I don't know how to pray like, pastor David or I don't... You know you see these things and you're like, well, I don't have... I can't do what they're doing. So what function do I have. Guys. We all have been given a function, and we're all called to be a part of his body. We all have something to bring. No matter your pe, or education, how long you've been a believer. You all have a measure of influence. In your lives. You have a measure of influence in places that I will never have measures of influence in. There are people that you know that you talk to that you see that you will see that I will never see. That Jeremy will never see or Daniel will never see or Robert will never see. You have a measure of influence. You have a function to plate to reach the lost to disciple the found and to help build the church, you all have a function in that. Paul continues to say in verse 26, he says if one member suffers all suffer together if one member is honored all rejoice together. Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it. And so we're all needed together in this body, we're all connected. If you suffer, I suffer. And if he's honor, we all rejoice. This isn't competition, we're working together, guys. We have been given a function. And we're to operate together. Yeah. Let me continue with my story. Alright. So, Leah and I, we were in South Dakota, we relocate to Nebraska. Thank the lord by the way for Florida. Anyways, relocate to Nebraska. And we yeah. We're feeling good about ourselves. We've been delivered from much, god set us free, but again, now we're in Nebraska, and we're still just doing the same old thing. We're just finding it. We found a big church or just sneak in and sneaking it out. And that was it. And there was no change in our lives. And so, this one day, we've been there about nine months. I decided to join a cult. Sorry. Crossfit. Crossfit, guys. Okay. I got a few people. That's a joke by the way. Alright. So I go to a gym, crossfit Gym. And I find out that this group of people have a small group. And honestly, I was like, I'm interested. I didn't get invited by the way. So if you're a small group leader, ministry leader invite people because people are looking. I was just, I literally invited myself. I'm, like, Hey, I heard something about a small group. Can I come and they're like, of course? So anyways, so I go there, and, you know, it's a group of maybe 10 or 12 people. And We we go in, and I'm just like, do these guys are real. Like, they're worshiping authentically. They're praying and prop over each other. They are sharing meals together when someone had need, they they, you know, hey, let us give you some money so you can get a new couch or whatever it was. They were getting into the word, like, it actually meant something. And I was like, oh, my gosh. Like, this is real and that's what my heart was longing for. And so I was just, like, I wanna be a part of this, and so we eventually, we we we we started going into their church. Now I wanna pause there too. Right? Because for me, I have this false belief of hypocrisy in the church. And so I... Now, I had a view of the inside of the church. I was like oh, my gosh. These guys actually believe what they're saying. Before, I was just kinda sneaking in and sneaking out. I didn't have a view of the church. I was on the outside looking in, saying those guys are just a bunch of hypo. What's... What are they doing in there? It doesn't matter. They're just coming together for a concert. But the reality is is there are a lot of churches who believe what they preach? But I was not joining in. I was standing on the outside staring at a brick wall saying, well, why should I be a part of you. But as soon as I stepped in. And I saw what the community was actually doing. I was like, this is what my heart's been longing for. And so that false belief that I've had, all of my life kept me from experiencing what god wanted me to experience. And I realized I had a role to play. That's what I was missing. Church didn't make sense because it was just show up, sit down, listen to a message, hopefully apply it to my life. To me, that was what church was. And I was like, honestly, whatever. In these days, podcast podcasts, everything else. But what I realized is I have a function, I have a role to play. And when you get that, you understand the importance of being a member, a body part of the church because the church cannot function the way that it's meant to function without you. And you cannot function the way that you're meant to function without being health connected to the body. It's like, it's like, we're you're a severed finger. When you're not connected to the body, you're just a cut finger and you're sitting over on the table. Like, of course, like, here we are. We're trying to do things and we're missing our our index finger. We need to pack you on ice and get you sewn on. You know what I'm saying? Like, come on. We need you. We need you. We're not all we're meant to be unless we have you, and that is the beauty of the body. That is the purpose of the church we need each other. And so we are doing things together to c labor with God, but there is an interconnectedness that must exist or else we're operating at at less than. Makes sense? Alright. Let me be real. I'm skipping ahead a little bit. Alright. So let me be real. And drink some water. Got some of that dry spit going. If you're not willing to commit and become an active and strong member of a local body, which you know, I don't know if you said it this morning, but Pastor David says it all the time. I think you did. Like, we want this to be your local body. But if it's not, go find one. One that you can get established in and be a part of But if you are not willing to commit and become an active and strong member working towards becoming, it doesn't mean like, you know, full full sand. Some of you. Yeah. But becoming a strong member of a local body to some degree. To a degree. You are a hindrance to that body. And that's... I know. That that's harsh. But there's truth to it. You guys ever seen muscles atrophy. Like, you know, the the muscle atrophy when something doesn't get used, I actually got a picture. I I tried to find a very stark example. So here's Luis. I'm just kidding. So here we go. This man had a leg injury. And so, you know, he's got Louise slag on the left my leg on the right. Just kidding. Anyways. But... So he had a leg injury and his muscle strength. He he lost strength and he lost function. And guess what? That doesn't have to Yeah. Wow. That doesn't have to happen from the whole leg being injured. That could be one Ac. It could be a meniscus. It could be certain things that don't allow the leg to do what it was doing. And so therefore, it loses its strength. It loses its full function, and now all sorts of imbalances are going through the body. You can take that down. But all sorts of imbalances are going through the body. We need every part active. Every part active, and we all have different roles. It doesn't mean you need to be here Monday through Saturday because you mean, we can't be here Monday through saturday. But anyways, doesn't mean that you have to do something every single day, except for be a minister of the gospel everywhere got placed you. But the church needs you to be a strong and active member. You have a god get purpose in your life or our vision is we will do whatever it takes for you to know the love of Jesus and live out your god given purpose. And so we want you to to find out what that God given purpose is. We wanna help you explore that and we wanna help you grow in that. So that you can see the kingdom of god in your life and in the life and all the people that you're around. Nice. I'm just gonna touch on this and we'll bring it to a close. You know, we say this all the time. You have in you purposes, talents resources and real church needs it in order to be all it needs to be. And real church hasn't it things that you need in order for you to be, all that you're meant to be. For me, coming here, My wife and I, we were... Honestly, when we were moving to Florida, my biggest concern was not a job. I literally didn't have a job until we drove down here. It was not even a house or anything like that. It was like, where are we gonna go to church? Which is crazy because you heard my testimony. I didn't really care about church. But now it's like, that's all I care about. Where what family are we gonna find to be a part of the function with? And we found you guys. And it has been one of the greatest joys of on life to be able to bring the vision of the boiler room here. Yeah But I just bought a little piece of it. Real church. You guys had the missing pieces to it, and we're building upon it and making the boiler room into something more than I could ever bring. And again, so I had something for real church, but real church had something for me. And we're seeing now in the boiler room answered prayers every single week. If you're not there, you're missing out because we are. We are pushing in and encountering his presence and seeing answered prayers all of the time. Amen. Amen. So what do you have that real church needs? This takes commitment. And it takes pressing in when things get difficult. Pastor Courtney, and, when she spoke week two, said something and I love this, it's gonna go with me forever. But it's like, it's easy to love the universal church. Because, yeah, I love the church. It's great. It's harder. It's much harder to love the local body because we actually have to do life together. We have to work through conflict answer phone calls. I'm trying not to look at anyone. I'm just kidding guys. We have to do all these things, but I think about it and in all of the relationships in my life, that have been worth anything require fighting for. My marriage. My best friends, all of these things. We butt heads, but we press in and we push through. And this the same with the body. So if you're not willing to commit if every time it gets tough, you just leave, you're that severed finger, and you're just gonna go from body to body and you're gonna be withholding function from that body. So you gotta press in. You gotta commit. You got to get established guys. And guess what some of you have probably been burned in the past by that. But you know what? We have to open ourselves up and trust if the Lord says this is where I'm supposed to be then then I'm gonna be here. Through thick and thin. Through all of the hard stuff and through all of the easy stuff, through all the good and all of the bad, as part of being part of the body. And when one suffers, we all suffer when one rejoice or whatever we all rejoice. And so, man, y'all all are here for a reason, and I just encourage you ask god why. Get established and and let's grow together. Pastor Day it's gonna close this out. This man, you guys can be seated for a second. This man came from Kentucky, Kansas, Omaha, Nebraska. Sorry. Bro. Got there. I got there. Looking for a church, found us and even though he was a pastor on staff at the church that was over other pastors. He didn't come in looking for a title. He came in serving and didn't fl his history. But instead took on the form of a servant. Humility leads to being raised up. And so it wasn't long before he began, he was already a believer, and he became a member and a member gives their time talent and treasure to make the mission of that local body move forward. And they began to minister in their daily life. Being a member of the church, we equip you a minister. Well, he began to do that. And began as he minister, give get influence with people because they wanted what he had to grow in there his relationship with Jesus. So it wasn't long before I'm like, pro this church need you, and there's people in the church need you, and that's where the boiler room came out. We began to process the vision and pray through it Friday nights now, eight to nine Pm, and we're pressing and worship prayer, and I would encourage you to come. There will be more people on Friday nights at the boiler room then some Sunday mornings, because it'll be just not just our church, but multiple churches coming together in prayer. But prayer proceeds movement. You wanna see revival. Come join in and pray at the boiler room. You'll see revival in your life, he'll catch fire. And then Sundays, will just be an overflow. And so began a minister, and now as he's minister and faithfully became a leader, not because he tried to gain it, but because he was just a strong member who was equipped to minister, and then it's a natural progression of growth. We don't reach for it. We take on the form of a servant. And I'm just proud of this mighty man of god that God would send a pastor of some pastors on his staff to real church to come and serve. What joy it is and, bra, we're just getting... Sorry, excuse me. Bra, people. We're just getting started. We're just getting started. So we honor you, Alex, and the best is yet to come, and it's an honor to have your family here with us, and thank you for releasing that powerful word. And amen To close out, I wanna invite the altar team to come forward. So if you're on the altar team, please just stand up quickly. Come forward. And for those of you, this is just the perfect time, number one. You can't be a member of a church until you're a believer. A believer is one who believes that Jesus died in Rose again, but even demons believe that. They don't follow him. So a biblical believer is one that believes so much that they've surrendered to Jesus as Lord. They re orient their life around following Jesus. If you've never done that before, because in that moment, you're forgiven of all your sin, he puts the holy spirit inside of you to lead you like a father leads in son. Right? He he loves you. If you've never done that before or when I dismiss, run forward. Maybe walk fast. And one of them will lead you and what it looks like to give your life to Jesus. If you're already a believer, but you haven't taken the step to become a member, you've been operating as a weak believer weak believers don't follow the bible and become parts of a local church, become aspects of the body of Christ, grow up. To to my believers who haven't been a member of a local church. If you're just visiting, from another city, grow up and go back to your city, find a local church and become a strong member. I'm just pastor you right now. Okay? Because I love you. If you've been sitting and be like, making excuses what you're doing is you're living like Jesus isn't the main thing because Jesus came to build the church and the gates of hell will not prevail. Don't let the gates of Hell prevail in your life by not becoming a major part of the church in the local place. I amen, How do you do that? Repentance, repentance always has action involved. Your action is to take the establish... Go through the established thing. Check out, our vision mission and values who we are and see if this is the place god's called you too. I think it is because I'm just kinda partial to it. I think it's the best church in the area, and we're just getting started. But you can find that on realchurch.us. Click establish. Do that. And and once you go through and you know this as a place, become an established member an established member is one that you know this is the place, and you're like, alright. I'm all in. What does that look like? It means like it means you're committing to attend to serve and tit because that's what biblical members do. They've dealt with all of the insecurities. They've dealt with the things, the un unbelievable about money, tit is a big deal because you're placing the first of what you have and you're giving it to Jesus. Like, well, I don't. I'm giving it to the church. The church is the body of Christ. And where you put your money first that's what's most important in your life. So if the first thing you do is pay off that car or that house, guess what's most important in your life. I want Jesus to be most important and in every area of your life that you put first your life revolves around that area. That's why Jesus implemented the instant... The principle of the tit is because he wants your life to revolve around his kingdom, and he came to build the church, the multifaceted wisdom of god to the world. Amen? So an established member is like found their local church, and they're committing their life to helping the mission of that local body move forward. Our mission is making disciples of Pine Penelope County and wherever he gives us influence, making disciples of whoever he puts in front of us, know him and know his law. Amen. So praise the Lord, give your life to Jesus if you hadn't already, If you have, and, you you're not a member yet. I would encourage you go through establish. One more thing. There was a word of knowledge today. Does somebody's having an issue. I don't know which risk it is, but issue in your wrist. Jesus wants to heal you. And so there could be multiple people that are having issues with your wrist. Jesus wants to heal you today. So if that's you, please come forward and and get prayer, if you don't have issues in your risk, but you have other issues in your body, God moves in healing all the time, He wants to heal you today, don't leave without being prayed for for healing, or any other kind of missed ministry. God bless you. Thanks for coming. The Lord is with you. He loves you. Lord let him have an amazing fun time today for the rest of of their Sunday. In Jesus name, everybody said?
